Music Center Studios offers a unique experience serving the needs of Boise and Meridian area music students of all ages. It is our goal to educate, encourage and inspire functional musicians in an engaging and positive environment. We pride ourselves in teaching to all learning styles through a variety of curriculum activities, hands on theory, improvisation, learning games, technique, ear training and repertoire development. For over a decade, Music Center Studios has been the Treasure Valley's home for musical growth. We create an environment where students of every age feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Our approach blends hands-on theory, improvisation, creative games, and technique building — because we know that every student learns differently, and every path to music is valid.

They meet each student where they are and help them reach farther than they thought possible.
Sight reading, rhythm, and ear training are introduced from the very first lesson to build a strong musical foundation. From day one, students dive into sight reading, rhythm, and ear training. We believe a strong foundation doesn't mean boring basics — it means giving every student the tools to play confidently and independently.
We foster curiosity, creative thinking, and both independent and cooperative learning among students. Music is better together. Our group settings spark curiosity, encourage creative thinking, and teach students to collaborate — building friendships alongside musical skills.
Interactive, technology-based music experiences keep students engaged and excited about learning. Roland™ and Yamaha™ digital pianos, interactive apps, and technology-enhanced lessons keep students engaged with the tools of modern music-making.
In addition to regular lessons, students enjoy recitals, parties, performing at senior homes, EXPO Idaho events, and NFMC Festival participation. We also offer fun workshops, jam sessions, and summer camps. Learning music doesn't stop at the lesson. Our students perform in recitals, bring joy to senior communities, participate in NFMC Festivals, and rock out at jam sessions. It's the full musical experience — and it builds confidence that goes way beyond the studio.
